At IPSA Medical, we emphasise the professional, discrete and confidential way in which we deal with all of our IPSA Medical patients.
- IPSA Medical does not require your GP details or your real name. Your GP will only need to be contacted when the circumstances are extreme.
- IPSA Medical is a separate, independent, individual clinic. IPSA Medical will never share any of your test results with any third parties, unless you specifically request this to be done in writing.
- When you speak to IPSA Medical, you can assign a password for these conversations.
- IPSA Medical will never confirm your attendance at an IPSA Medical clinic to any outside party.
Your results will be given to you in the way that you prefer:
- By email
- By post
- By text message
- In person at the IPSA Medical clinic
